CALLING ALL CARING CAMPERS!

*Remember going to Church Camp in the summer as a child?

* Remember the fresh air..the fun...the friends... & the closeness to Jesus?

Well...CAMP CARMEL (where Trevor & Jen Kemp both served as leaders) is gearing up for their summer ministry, but need help getting the camp ready!

They need help with cleaning, painting, mowing & repairing.  CAMP CARMEL is about 2 hours from Johnstown & is nestled in a beautiful mountain setting near Connellsville & Ohiopyle along the Yough River Trail. (www.campcarmel.com)

We are forming a team (men & women) to go for a work day.  The day that we will be volunteering is Saturday June 5, 2010.  Some are going the night before & sleeping over (they have flush facilities & hot showers) & some are going early that morning.  You may choose either.  Our plan is to work from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. and then return to Johnstown.

If YOU would like to join the Camp Carmel Volunteer Team, please note so by calling the church office.  Please note whether you would like to stay over Friday night or go Saturday.  all will be contacted with further information.
